Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

At Louis Clothings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Purchased directly from louisclothings.shop

Ineligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or washing

RETURN TIMEFRAME

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items received after the 30-day period may be rejected at our discretion.
  • Holiday purchases made between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Initiate Your Return:
    • Email giudici.sales@louisclothings.shop with your order number and reason for return
    • Call us at (804) 579-1417 during business hours
    • Complete the return form included with your order
  2. Return Authorization:
    • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Returns without an RMA number may not be processed
  3. Packaging Your Return:
    • Place items in their original packaging
    • Include all tags, accessories, and packaging materials
    • Include the return form or a note with your order number and RMA number
  4. Shipping Your Return:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
    • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number

REFUND PROCESS

Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Store credit (if original payment method is unavailable)
  • Gift card (if requested)

Refund Timeline

  • Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 24-48 hours

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

EXCHANGES

Exchange Process

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process
  2. Clearly indicate the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange (size, color, style)
  3. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be contacted to pay the difference
  4. If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

Exchange Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to current stock availability
  • If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will contact you to:
    • Select an alternative item
    • Issue a refund instead

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Exception: Defective items or incorrect shipments (see below)

DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the defective item or incorrect shipment
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • International returns should follow the same process as domestic returns
  • Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable
  • Return shipping should be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees

GIFT RETURNS

For gifts received from louisclothings.shop:

  • The gift recipient may return items following our standard return policy
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or gift cards
  • The original purchaser will not be notified of the return
